Northside Studio provides an AI-powered headshot generation service that transforms user-uploaded photographs into professional portrait images. Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to create high-quality headshots suitable for professional use.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images of individuals without their consent
  • Create deepfakes, misleading content, or images intended to deceive
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload images containing minors
  • Create content for fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Image Rights and Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the original photographs you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated headshots created from your uploaded images. You may use these generated images for personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to LinkedIn profiles, websites, business cards, and marketing materials.

5.3 Consent Requirements

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the images you provide, including consent from any individuals depicted in the photographs.

6. Payment and Credits

6.1 Pricing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. We will notify users of any price changes before they take effect.

6.2 Credits

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of your generated headshots. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Contact our support team to request a refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Northside Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR AI TECHNOLOGY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHSIDE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northside Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability
